TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between “Subscriber” and 3DRingFile.com, concerning authorized use of
3D fine-jewelry CAD files, to which 3DRingFile.com holds and maintains right of use and distribution.
This limited licensing agreement pertains to all 3D CAD files (hence, “CAD files”) supplied to Subscriber by 3DRingFile.com. After
Subscriber’s subscription fees are received by 3DRingFile.com and contracts are executed,
Subscriber Licenses and Responsibilities
1) Subscriber has non-exclusive rights to utilize/produce CAD file designs in perpetuity; 3DRingFile.com retains ownership
rights to these files
2) Subscriber has license alter, change, disassemble CAD file designs
3) Subscriber may produce finished products from original or modified CAD files, on any schedule, or in any quantity
4) Subscriber may use CAD files for any legitimate commercial or personal purpose
5) License to use CAD files is exclusive to Subscriber only, for use on one computer only. Subscriber may not transfer files
(as sale, rental, or gift) to any other user under any circumstances whatsoever. Subscriber may not transfer files to second
or subsequent computers or electronic devices, under any circumstances whatsoever.
6) If Subscriber’s relationship with 3DRingFile.com is terminated following violation of these provisions/responsibilities, license
to CAD files is terminated thereby. Subscriber agrees to delete CAD files, destroy models or finished jewelry pieces
emerging from CAD files, and to cease and desist producing any product or service predicated on these files
3DRingFile.com Disclaimers
1) 3DRingFile.com warrants CAD files to virus-free
2) 3DRingFile.com provides no warranties nor technical support
